Our Story
Wow, you made it to the About Us page! You're digging deep, so if you have a minute I would love to tell you our story.
Marquise Mountain Manufacturing, is a faith based family owned and operated manufacturing company located in Largo, Florida. It was founded by me, Christopher Smith, and my family in 2025.
My passion for making things started back in high school working on my 1966 Mustang with my Dad. Taking some that was broken, understanding how it worked, and then using our brains and tools to fix it. Nothing was more satisfying. This passion continued with me into college where I pursued and graduated with my Mechanical Engineering degree. Time for the next step, a big boy Job. Off I went to work for a company designing, manufacturing, assembling and maintaining custom machines for their assembly line. It was like working on that Mustang all over again, I loved it, and I gained an immense amount of experience in the process. However, God had some different plans for me and my wife.
Fast forward a few years and a few life changes later and we end up here, at Marquise Mountain Manufacturing. An opportunity to take that passion and experience and help others. We love what we do, we are passionate, and we take pride in what we do and how we do it. We do it because you are a part of our family, our story.
Our Beliefs
We believe that every person or business should have the ability to pursue their ideas. We believe that we shouldn't have to deal with annoying problems that go unsolved. We believe that cost and time shouldn't prohibit the pursuit of ideas or the solving of problems. We also believe that we should invest in people young and old and that we can achieve great things when we work together.
